Millennial Youth magazine welcomes submissions of articles, photographs and comic arts material. We accept contributions from writers and artists age 25 and under, but we give preference to high school and college students.

For the best chance of getting an assignment, use the tabs above and carefully read our guidelines for the genre in which you are interested.

What’s next?

If we like your idea and offer you an assignment, we will send you a contract, give you a schedule, a deadline and other information. If you are a writer, we will assign you to an editor who will help you to revise your work.

Payment

Millennial Youth pays only for content that we assign under a works for hire contract, which it why it’s important to contact us with you story ideas before you start to work.

Submission deadlines

We accept submissions year round. However, if you have a seasonal article, please contact us early, as seasonal materials are prepared up to three months in advance.

Where is content published?

Millennial Youth publishes most content online. Select stories are published in the Millennial Youth print magazine. We may also share your work with one of our partner media organizations.  You will receive a byline wherever your work appears.
